Reception
This week in Reception we have been looking at Goldilocks
and the Three Bears. The children have
been telling their own versions of the story.
We have made bear masks.
The children have been thinking about size within
maths. Which bear is the biggest? Which
bear is the smallest?
This week we have started homework. In your child's book
bag is a blue homework book.
Have a good weekend.
Year 4
Another fun and busy week in
Year 4! The children have experienced some visitors from South Africa this week
and have enjoyed the chance to work with our guests and find out more about a
new country. Year 4 have also been working hard on their Science Topic of
‘Habitats’ and have explored ‘Food Chains’. Ask your child: What is a Producer,
Primary Consumer and a Secondary Consumer!
The children have also been
learning their Harvest Festival songs and are looking forward to a non-uniform
day next Friday.
Year 6
Year Six have had very successful Parents’ Evenings and the teachers have enjoyed
them immensely. The year group is working hard and we
are looking forward to receiving all of the homework next week.
